The
Musée de la vieille fromagerie Perron offers an immersive and participatory experience that promises to awaken the taste buds of holidaymakers. The site visit begins with a visit to the old Perron cheese dairy, where the equipment and tools of yesteryear have remained intact despite the passage of time and contribute to understanding the captivating history of cheese making. Upstairs, the cheesemonger's home opens its doors to visitors. The place, inhabited by the cheese maker and his family for more than 40 years, houses a host of souvenirs and antique furniture. This summer, the Musée de la Vieille fromagerie Perron is offering a new temporary exhibition and hosting the eclectic life-size works of Claude Perron, wood sculptors. The visit ends with a cheese tasting followed by a butter-making workshop.
