Within its walls, this national historic site, located in Shawinigan, Mauricie, contains the last major work by Ozias Leduc, otherwise known as the Michelangelo of Quebec. This magnificent site also has gardens, historic buildings and the majestic Saint-Mauricie River in the background. When you will arrive you will be greeted by guides who will accompany you on a lively and interactive tour. A surprising journey between the sacred and the profane awaits you, where you will discover this monumental décor with murals that chronicle the daily lives of workers, from the early days of colonization up until the industrial era.
