The Parc Découverte Nature, invites visitors to get hooked on nature in Coaticook, in the Eastern Townships! Discover the mysteries of fish reproduction while visiting the hatchery (temporarily closed for the 2020 season). Learn about various fishing techniques at one of the large ponds and take your trout home. Also, you will get a chance to observe the tiny creatures gathered from the swamp, with the help of a giant microscope. Spread out over 12 square kilometres (7 square miles), the Parc Découverte Nature in Coaticook is the doorway into the magnificent hamlet of Baldwin where Lyster Lake, Baldwin Pond and Mount Pinacle are found. The park allows visitors to discover nature and rural landscapes, where extraordinary animals and plants are found.
