At Parc Nature de Pointe-aux-Outardes
, seven ecosystems are found side-by-side in a magical Côte-Nord setting that’s cut out for relaxation, wildlife observation, ornithology, hiking or camping. Its saltwater marsh, one of the largest in Quebec, its comforting sand dunes and forest of red pines are just a few of the treasures you can delight in from early June to early October; it’s about a 2.5-hour drive from Tadoussac. The cherry on top: the estuary’s waters can get up to 26 degrees Celsius (79 degrees Fahrenheit) when the tide comes in. Swimming and picnics are recommended!
