The
Plains of Abraham is a historic urban park that provides a space where visitors can explore and relax in the heart of Québec City. The
Plains of Abraham Museum welcomes visitors and offers information about the park, but also features exhibits about the history of site, in particular the battles of 1759 and 1760. Fun and interactive activities like escape games, storytelling evenings, and family-friendly scavenger hunts are offered throughout the year to encourage visitors to explore different aspects of the heritage of the Plains. Numerous trails, outdoor concerts, cross-country ski trails, sledding hills, the skating rink, and the Joan of Arc Garden, which lights up as dusk falls, are all a part of what makes the Plains the perfect place to enjoy nature in the city, at any time of year. A range of guided activities is also available for groups.
