Saint-Gédéon de Grandmont
The village of Saint-Gédéon de Grandmont borders the shores of Lake Saint-Jean with its numerous private and public beaches. In fact, there are eight campgrounds, a public marina for motorboats, three boat launches and a marina for sailing, all of which provide a wide variety of water sports activities. Birdwatchers can take advantage of the Petit Marais as a favourite place to observe hundreds of species of birds. The Véloroute des Bleuets even allows you to make a stop in this village of 2000 inhabitants. Also, don't forget the winter when it is possible to go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice fishing. The Ice Festival is also an event not to be missed. Book your room in one of the lodges or inns to enjoy the magnificent sunsets!
