Located in downtown Saint-Hyacinthe, the Centre des arts Juliette-Lassonde is the venue for professional performances in the Maskoutain region. The Société de Diffusion de spectacles de Saint-Hyacinthe, as the mandated manager, presents more than 200 events annually, for the general public and for schools. Shows from all disciplines of the performing arts are presented there: theater, dance, music, song, circus, comedy and variety. In addition to presenting certain events outside the walls, the Arts Centre has two halls in one location: the Salle Desjardins à l'italienne and the multifunctional space Cabaret André-H.-Gagnon. Mediation activities for private and public events complete the activities that take place there all year long.
