Domaine des Côtes d’Ardoise - Eastern Townships
Domaine des Côtes d'Ardoise is the first and oldest vineyard still in operation in Quebec. It made its debut in 1980. Today 50,000 bottles of wine and cider are produced annually and by 2022, all products will be certified organic. The agrotourism offer is numerous and it is suggested to plan at least two hours for the visit. Depending on taste and time, the customer can choose between the sculpture exhibition Nature et Création, tasting and guided tour, a light meal, the flower trail. Did you know that if you walk up to the giant butterfly sculpture you will have a great view of the Dunham Valley? Photo credit: Julien Payette Tessier
