region, located at the heart of the province of Quebec, is
perfectly positioned between the Nicolet and Saint-François rivers
and the St. Lawrence River. This location means unique panoramas, as
well as a variety of activities and many discoveries to be made.

taking your bike out on various cycling circuits. Nicolet-Yamaska is
a great destination for biking! Follow the roads, 95% of which are
flat, and pedal along the magnificent rivers and country roads that
abound with beautiful scenery. Many kilometres of road are also part
of the Route Verte circuit 4 bike path.

road trip by car or motorcycle, the Nicolet-Yamaska circuits offer
a world of possibilities! Stop by shops to enjoy local delicacies,
pick your own fruit of vegetable at a farm, drop in on fishmongers
and restaurants or head to the public market.

Learn more about the culture of the Abenaki Nation and the
Indigenous community of Odanak at the Musée des Abénakis. Or
discover the Musée des cultures du monde, which offers several
exhibitions about the cultures of the world. You can also admire
works of painting and engraving at the Atelier et maison

The Nicolet-Yamaska region is full of
trails where you can take the time to hike and appreciate nature!
Birdwatching is a very popular activity there and an opportunity
to learn more about local wildlife! Follow the map that identifies
the access points to the trails, and head out to discover the
footbridge on wooden stilts at the Parc écomaritime de
l'Anse-du-Port in Nicolet or the Tolba Trail in Odanak, a prime
area for spotting turtles. Port Saint-François is also a place to
discover thanks to its beautiful beach along the river!
