Discover | Nature invites you on an adventure

Combine outdoor activities with discoveries at the Parc du canal de Soulanges, where cyclists will have a great time on the 35 km of trails that run along the canal, a treasured piece of heritage. If you prefer to paddle, you can rent a kayak or SUP at the canal, at the Village des Écluses or at L’Embouchure pointe festive. In addition, the region is full of waterways for paddleboarding and kayaking, and several places offer rentals. And for a day in the sun, head over to the beach in Saint-Zotique!

Harvest | Fill up on the bounty of the land

Not only is this region’s nature a great background for sports, it’s also prized for its rich agriculture and U-Pick activities. Ferme Les Petites Écores, specializing in sea buckthorn production, is located in an enchanting setting in the rural community of Pointe-Fortune. At the Quinn Farm, you can pick your own fruit all summer long! Strawberries, blueberries, corn, apples, pumpkins… and even Christmas trees in December – there is no shortage of variety. And from July 22 to August 7, head over to Domaine La Belle, in Coteau-du-Lac, to pick beautiful flowers during the FestiFleurs event.

Savour | On a plate or in a glass

All of that abundance eventually makes its way onto your plate... or into your glass! At Vignoble d’Ovila, sip a delicious glass of wine paired with a pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven in a welcoming family atmosphere. At Vignoble Côte de Vaudreuil, taste a sparkling wine, a red, a white or a rosé outdoors among the vines, which also serve as a backdrop for sculptures by Quebec artists. Looking for new discoveries? Vignoble de Pomone invites you to try its famous straw wine and all its delicious products. Beer lovers, there’s something for you too! The Cardinal and Trois-Lacs microbreweries serve up great beer along with music shows. Your last stop is the Schoune brewery and farm to drink a Belgian beer and enjoy festive events.
