Manowin Film inc. operating under the name Manowin inc. is a company specializing in the refining of American oysters. The type of technology used in this farm is unique in Quebec and represents the fruit of 3 years of experimentation. In addition to the oyster farm, Sépaq Anticosti has partnered with the company to offer an interpretation not only of oyster farming, but also of the history of the site and an overview of the nearby reef and marine environment, ending with an oyster tasting accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine. Of course, all this is done with respect for the environment and the principles of sustainable development. Oysters are packaged in boxes made from larch wood, entirely by hand!
