From September 15 to 17, 2023, don’t miss the Festival des champignons forestiers du Kamouraska (Forest Mushroom Festival). This gourmet event will feature a market dedicated to mushrooms, entertainment, tastings, workshops and even the possibility of staying on site. You’ll also be able to sample local products and even try a mushroom-based aperitif. What’s more, the opening dinner and gourmet banquet is nothing short of mouth-watering, as is the special guest chef’s menu.
